Precious Promises Early Learning Centre (PPELC) was established with a simple but powerful vision — to provide children with a safe, loving, and enriching environment where they are encouraged to discover their God-given potential while receiving exceptional early childhood education.
As a registered non-profit organization, PPELC is committed to making quality childcare accessible to families in the Rosemont/Mount Royal community of Regina while delivering an educational experience that nurtures the whole child — mind, body, heart, and spirit.
Located at 2625 3rd Avenue, Regina (the former St. John Ambulance Building), PPELC has been thoughtfully designed to meet the needs of today's families while creating a strong foundation for tomorrow's leaders.
